Music
Wherever you go on board Queen Mary 2, you will likely hear live music drifting through the air. Pianists, harpists, string quartets, jazz ensembles and contemporary bands are all resident on board, playing throughout the day and into the evening for your enjoyment.
Royal Court Theatre
Queen Mary 2’s lavish theatre would rival many of those found in the West End or Broadway. With seating for almost 1,000 people and state-of-the-art facilities, the shows you will see here will almost make you forget you are on an ocean liner
Illuminations
Take a virtual ride into outer space, view the stars and other visual spectacles or take a course on celestial navigation in Illuminations, Queen Mary 2's full-scale Planetarium and the first Planetarium at sea.
Empire Casino
Step into the Monte Carlo-inspired Empire Casino that offers a full variety of opportunities to tempt Lady Luck. Gaming Tables, slot machines and even video poker. Not sure how to play? Then take part in our complimentary gaming lessons.
DANCING
The Queens Room has the largest dance floor on any ship at sea. Try out your dance moves in one of the glamorous balls, or for something more contemporary head to the G32 nightclub or on deck for a lively sailaway party.

Here is your opportunity to foxtrot in the largest ballroom at sea. There is no better place to hone your dancing skills than under the dramatic high ceiling with its beautiful crystal chandeliers.

Dance the night away to the sounds of our resident party band and DJ in our fabulous dual-level nightclub. Enjoy popular themed nights from the Sixties, Seventies and Eighties such as Saturday Night Fever and Shake Rattle and Roll.

GOLDEN LION
The Golden Lion Pub offers a convincingly authentic pub experience – you’d be forgiven for expecting to see the village green through the pub’s windows rather than the ocean or an exotic port of call. Here you’ll find draught ales, delicious pub food, live sports and pub games along with some more lively activities such as the always popular pub quizzes.
Settle down in The Golden Lion with a favourite drink and test your mind in all kinds of trivia in the nightly Pub Quiz.
Do you fancy yourself as an entertainer? In the traditional Golden Lion pub, the spotlight may be on you, as you interpret a track or two during a lively karaoke event.
Champagne bar
Share conversations and sip champagne from beautiful Waterford crystal flutes. Guests may choose from several different champagnes, served by the bottle or the glass. Special Champagne Afternoon Tea experiences can also be enjoyed in this venue.
Sir Samuel’s
Sweet-toothed epicures are invited to unwind in the elegant Art Deco surroundings of Sir Samuel's. Besides expertly-blended coffee and tea, you'll discover an exquisite variety of confectionery by master Belgian chocolatier Godiva.
